ROTEC JSC and the European leader in the mobility segment AKKA Technologies are setting up a joint venture to create their joint footprint in the Russian market. The JV will focus on engineering and innovative projects for mobility sectors and other industries, with localization of the world’s most advanced technologies in Russia in engineering and technical consulting, design, production engineering, and industrial design.
The signature of a shareholders agreement has taken place during the “Open Innovations” Forum being held in Moscow these days.
