Russian industrial holding ROTEC and South Africa Mpumalanga Economic Growth Agency have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The parties will negotiate possible power generating facilities as well as power transmission and distribution infrastructure projects in this region. In addition, ROTEC will propose own-developed Equipment condition Prognostics system “PRANA” to adopt at the power plants of the province.
The document has been signed by the General Director of ROTEC JSC Ivan Panasyuk and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mpumalanga Economic Growth Agency Xola Sithole. The signing ceremony has been held as a part of the Business forum Russia-South Africa at the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
