At Russia Power-2014 Exhibition closed on Thursday, ROTEC and the Ural Turbine Works presented to their prospective customers and partners a number of exciting offers and state-of-the-art solutions for supply and maintenance of steam and gas turbines, including supply of accessory equipment, long-term service, remote monitoring of the technical condition of power equipment.
During three days of the exhibition, several hundreds of people visited ROTEC and UTW's stand. These were the representatives of the customers and partners, generating and supplying companies.
According to Chief Designer of UTW CJSC Aleksey Kultyshev, during the exhibition, the company held negotiations with Siemens regarding retrofit and maintenance services, conducted meetings with generator manufacturers, such companies as Elsib, Electrotyazhmash-Privod LLC, Andritz Hydro, Brush, discussed projects with general designers, general contractors: Inter RAO UES, SOYUZ Power Development Corporation OJSC, Comtec-Energoservice. Supply issues regarding blade blanks, castings, forgings were discussed with the supplier companies from Italy, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic. The company held workshops on current construction sites where its equipment is used.
Oleg Shevchenko, Deputy General Director of ROTEC says, "Russia Power Exhibition has been held for 12 years and this signifies that it is not only a good tradition but also a high-status arrangement. The number of participants grows year by year.
Here, at this exhibition, almost all players of the Russian energy market and world producers are presented. ROTEC and UTW have been participating in the exhibition for many years, and we justly believe it to be the main energy event of the year. Here we can get together and discuss news, plans, projects, prospects with any participant or visitor in any format. Perhaps, we can solve some problems and help each other.
